Our mission is to provide residents, their families and friends with a safe, comfortable and affordable living environment.

We feel that all communities should strive to provide these basic needs to all their residents, but SFL Communities goes well beyond that. We not only provide what we feel is the basis and very basic needs of any community, we provide them with health conscious ideas. We make all of our communities 100% smoke free. We have also leaped into the future by strategically building our communities within walking distance of public transit, providing energy efficient appliances, energy efficient roof systems, energy efficient impact windows & doors, electric vehicle charging stations and vehicle vacuum/air machines so that our residents have very little need to leave the property and/or use additional fuel, resources and valuable time to search for these basic necessities. We have the formula for building and managing properties that not only offer a very affordable living experience, but we did not sacrifice quality for quantity. We leave no stone unturned when it comes to details and practicality. From granite countertops to security cameras throughout all of our communities, your wellbeing, safety and comfort is our top priority.

We offer on-line access to your own personal leasing account, making it easy to view, pay, manage your lease responsibilities and submit workorders. Our team is here to walk you through the leasing and renewal process, take you step by step through the on-line account setup and for all your property needs. They can also collect your rent at the property for your convenience.
